In our sanctuary: Casavant organ

The Casavant organ at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church was installed in 1970, and has led the song of God’s people for generations of those who have gathered here to worship.

This history of the instruments that have led worship at Holy Trinity since its beginnings was written by the late Charles Eaves, a lover of both history and music, who spices up his telling of the story with personal accounts. We commend to you this history of the Casavant organ, built by Casavant Freres Ltd., of Quebec. It is the company’s Opus 3050, and includes 42 ranks of pipes in three divisions. There are 2,150 pipes.
